The OD-01 analysis system provides continuous COD trend monitoring of effluent discharge. It measures effluent where the organic content derives primarily from sugars. The COD value is calculated using a proprietary algorithm based on individual measurements of refractive index, Ph and conductivity. This provides a reliable analysis solution that is faster and more economical than complex, conventional methods that use chemical reagents.
With the Maselli AT05 automatic titrator, automatic titration moves from the laboratory to the process. The simple unit is strong, installed in a sealed box, it can control up to 6 lines, and conduct diverse analysis on a vast product range in succession. The titrator, apart from managing the sample and analysis, performs routine auto calibration cycles, manages acoustic and luminous alarms on the measured values and archives data from the various lines.
